Refund policy

In all cases, the amount of the pledge/s will be reimbursed, not including shipping costs.

Returns and changes: so you can return or change the products you have bought, you will have to:

1. Keep garments in perfect condition, without having washed or used.
2. Write an email to inform us of the change or return to perform.
3. Send the workshop on the workshop: Chico Studio, C/Montnegre, 29 bass, 17006 Girona.
4. Wait for you to confirm the reception of the articles
5. Make us a € 3’5 bizum for the second shipment in case of change (to the phone that we will provide when you answer your email.)
6. Wait to receive changed items or reimbursement through the same payment method you used when you order.
