You cannot return the jewels or custom products.

Except if it is a case of tara of the product, in which case, BSPN would assume the costs, the return and sending expenses of new products, will be borne by the buyer.

BSPN thoroughly controls the stock before sending.

During the 7 days after shipping, we will process your change/return.

The payment of the second shipment (for change), will be € 3’50 (on the peninsula) and must be paid via bizum or transfer. We will facilitate the data by mail when we confirm the correct reception of the articles to be changed.
