RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with the product or size it is not correct, you must write an internal message or an email indicating what is the reason for the change and why we must change it during the 15 days after the reception of the order.

Next, (during the 15 days after receipt of the order) you must send us the pledge to return within your Original wrapping (if you don't have it for whatever, don't worry much either, put another!) To our stamping workshop:

You cannot return the jewels or custom products.

Except if it is a case of tara of the product, in which case, BSPN would assume the costs, the return and sending expenses of new products, will be borne by the buyer.

BSPN thoroughly controls the stock before sending.

During the 7 days after shipping, we will process your change/return.

The payment of the second shipment (for change), will be € 3’50 (on the peninsula) and must be paid via bizum or transfer. We will facilitate the data by mail when we confirm the correct reception of the articles to be changed.
